INDRAlogic is a Baltimore, Maryland based design collaborative specializing in Passive House techniques, design + construction combined with a holistic and organic approach to sustainability. Passive House certified buildings use 90% less energy for space conditioning and do so with excellent indoor air quality, comfort and durability. But it is not enough to be energy efficient. We design to reduce all of a building’s impacts from resource extraction, to energy use, to environmental toxins. We emphasize achieving high operational performance with natural and low embodied energy content materials and reduce or eliminate watershed and habitat impacts. our goal is to create visionary, regenerative, and healthy, high performance buildings.
